Walk-ins are permitted on a limited, time-permitting basis, but patients should anticipate prolonged wait times. Please note, Active Duty Service Members will be given priority and many walk-ins will be offered appointments at a later date.
We encourage beneficiaries to register with TRICARE Online https://www.tricareonline.com/tol2/prelogin/desktopIndex.xhtml to get your test results. We understand that you need results as soon as possible and we are working to provide them in 24 - 48 hours.
OCONUS travelers on official orders will continue to coordinate weekend testing through the Medical Readiness Cell: firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

If a printout of results is required and you are unable to access your information through TOL:
Please contact (706) 787-3365. You will need to fill out and sign DD Form 2870 and have it on file with Medical Records. They will be able to e-mail your results directly to the e-mail account on file after you have reached out to this office that results are needed. Only patients that have filled out DD Form 2870 and directly request an e-mail, will be provided this service. Results can take up to 24 to 48 hours to process.
