Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Vision

Beneficiaries are referred to the Ophthalmology Service by their primary care manager. Ophthalmologists work to prevent and treat conditions concerning the eye such as glaucoma, cataracts, strabismus, and diabetes. After a referral is made by the primary care manager, the Ophthalmology staff will call to schedule the appointment. Follow-up appointments are arranged by calling the clinic. For emergencies, report to the emergency room or your assigned clinic or medical home for initial evaluation. Referrals can be made to the Ophthalmology Clinic as necessary for further care. Please call the clinic at 706-787-7155 to schedule a follow-up appointment.
