PVT Henry Huber Troop Medical Clinic
PVT Henry Huber Troop Medical Clinic provides world-class, full spectrum continuity medical care to active-duty service members assigned to Fort Gordon in a permanent party status. Superior healthcare is provided to the patients within a Patient Centered Medical Home Model and is organized to meet soldiers’ individual health care needs and readiness.
Outpatient medical care is provided for acute and chronic illnesses by trained and credentialed family practice physicians, family nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
Acute care is provided by an open access walk-in system and routine care, to include physical exams, are scheduled by appointment. Patients are referred for specialty care to the local military hospital, clinic, or civilian services as appropriate.
Emergencies are referred to emergency services at the local military hospital, clinic, or civilian services as appropriate.
Sick Call Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6 – 7 a.m.
Immunizations:
Monday to Friday, 9 – 11:30 a.m. & 1 – 3 p.m.
(Closed Mon & Fri Afternoons)
Audiology:
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Mental Health:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Physical Therapy:
Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Walk-in Contraceptive Clinic:
Tuesdays 1 – 3 p.m. (Limited Slots)
