Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy Service provides comprehensive care for orthopedic, sports medicine, and pelvic health conditions. Active-Duty Service Members can contact the clinic directly or call the central appointment line (706-787-7300) to request a direct access musculoskeletal condition evaluation without a referral. All other beneficiaries must have a referral and are seen on a space available basis.
 
Connelly Troop Medical Clinic offers open access physical therapy sick call Monday through Friday from 0600-0800 for student population Service Members only. Permanent party Service Members are welcome to schedule an initial evaluation with a licensed Physical Therapist with or without a referral at Huber or Gordon physical therapy clinic locations.

Units may also request the following Physical Performance classes: Running, Introduction to Weightlifting, and Physical Assessment.
