Physical Therapy
The Dwight D. Eisenhower Physical Therapy Service provides comprehensive care for orthopedic, sports medicine, and pelvic health conditions in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Active Duty Service Members can contact the clinic directly or call the central appointment line (706-787-7300) to request a direct access musculoskeletal condition evaluation without a referral. All other beneficiaries must have a referral and are seen on a space available basis.
Connelly Troop Medical Clinic offers open access physical therapy sick call Monday through Friday from 0700-0900 for student population Service Members only. Permanent party Service Members are welcome to schedule an initial evaluation with a licensed Physical Therapist with or without a referral at any of the three Fort Eisenhower physical therapy clinic locations. All orthopedic post-operative patients should generally be seen in physical therapy 3 to 5 days after surgery and it is recommended that personnel do not leave the area for medical convalescent leave to enable the initiation of required physical therapy treatment (unless otherwise cleared by surgeon).
