The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Q-Anywhere

NEW! Remote Pharmacy Check-In Using Q-Anywhere

Now you can reduce your wait time at the pharmacy for new or renewal prescriptions. Main Outpatient Pharmacy now offers remote pharmacy check-in using Q-Anywhere. With Remote Pharmacy Check-In, you can activate your prescription with a simple text message from your phone.

Activate your prescription(s)

1. Save (877) 443 - 0592 to your phone contacts (Q Anywhere or EAMC Pharmacy Remote Check In for example) and text “Get in Line” to get started.
    (must put a space between each word)

2. Please wait a few minutes to receive a text message back asking to enter the patient’s DOD ID number
    (Children’s DOD IDs are not linked to the Sponsor’s DOD ID)

3. Text the patient’s 10-digit DOD ID number.

4. Please wait a few minutes to receive a text message back showing your name has been added.
    If you need to make a correction, you can text back “EDIT”.
    You will receive another message asking you to enter the 10-digit DOD ID number.

5. If you would like to request services for another patient, you can enter their 10-digit DOD ID number.

6. Once all the DOD ID numbers have been entered and information is correct, text “NEXT” when finished.

7. You will receive a text message back with a “Q” number.

8. If your request was made prior to 10 a.m., your prescription(s) will be available for pick-up after 3 p.m. the same day.
    If your request was made after 10 a.m., your prescription(s) will be available for pick-up after noon the next business day. 

9. When you come to the Pharmacy, go to the kiosk, scan your ID card, and select a “Return for Pickup” ticket. Your ticket will be called shortly to receive your prescription(s).
