*Temporary Pause on new enrollments for TRICARE Prime Retirees and Family Members

On behalf of the team at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), thank you for trusting us with your health care. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality and safest care to every patient.
To sustain this standard, we have made the difficult, but necessary, decision to adjust our enrollment policy. We have reached maximum capacity and will temporarily pause new enrollments for TRICARE Prime Retirees and their family members effective April 1, 2026. Humana will assign a Primary Care Manager in the local community to these beneficiaries.
All beneficiaries currently enrolled at DDEAMC will not be impacted and will continue to receive the same high-quality care they have come to expect from us. Additionally, all eligible Retirees and their family members, regardless of enrollment status, can continue to use the specialty-care services as access permits, along with the Emergency Department, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Laboratory services at DDEAMC.
The decision to pause new enrollments allows us to dedicate available resources to maintain the highest standard of care for our current patients and prioritize enrollment of Active-Duty Service Members and their families.
Please contact our Beneficiary Services staff at 706-787-5879 should you have any questions or concerns.
