The OB/GYN Clinic provides the full scope of obstetric services. We take care of routine and high-risk pregnancies, to include antepartum fetal testing (assessment of fetal well-being and growth with ultrasound and monitoring), and obstetric-related surgeries (Cesarean sections, forceps, vacuum deliveries). Maternal-fetal-medicine subspecialists in the community are consulted for special medical ultrasounds and evaluation of the most complicated pregnancies.

Each pregnant patient is assigned to one of two teams—Team Star and Team Diamond. This connects you with one registered nurse who will help to promote continuity of care and communication between you and the clinic.

The DDEAMC OB/GYN and Family Medicine physicians work together to deliver Fort Gordon babies at Doctors Hospital of Augusta, 3651 Wheeler Road. Doctor's Hospital has an excellent Labor and Delivery Unit.
