How to Fill a Prescription

Refills

If you want to refill a prescription, follow these steps:

  • Call 706-787-1711 or 1712, then press option 2 for Fort Eisenhower, then press
  • Option 1 to pick up at the Exchange (PX) Refill Pharmacy window
  • Option 2 to pick up at the Script Center Self Service located in the Exchange (PX) Refill Pharmacy
  • Option 3 to pick up at the Script Center Self Service located in the Main Outpatient Pharmacy
  • Option 4 to pick up at the Script Center Self Service located in Darling Hall
  • Option 5 to pick up at the Oncology Pharmacy. This refill option is only for oncology prescriptions initially filled at the Oncology Pharmacy.

If you are out of refills, please contact your doctor for a new prescription before coming to the pharmacy. Requests for new prescriptions from Eisenhower Providers can be made through the MHS Genesis Patient Portal.
For Eisenhower Providers, please note it may take 3 business days from the date of your request for the pharmacy to receive your prescription. Please wait 3 days after requesting your prescription, then follow the process above for Eisenhower Provider E-Prescription.

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look-up your drug. A search can tell you:
  • Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
  • Where the prescription can be filled
  • Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
  • Coverage review requirements and forms
  • Alternative medications, including costs
To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.
