Fit for Performance

1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1230-1330 (12:30-1:30pm)
A scientifically based lifestyle and behavior modification program designed to help Soldiers lose weight and/or meet their body fat standard as outlined in AR 600-9 Army Body Composition Program. This class aims to maximize military readiness and job performance while lowering risk of weight-related diseases. Open to all service members. 

Installation Nutrition Presentations on Request

Are you interested in having a dietitian come speak at your unit or event on Fort Eisenhower? Topics include general nutrition, weight loss, performance nutrition, and more. Call the Nutrition Clinic to learn more about scheduling an event. 30 day advance notice is required.
