If you are out of refills, please contact your doctor for a new prescription before coming to the pharmacy. Requests for new prescriptions from Eisenhower Providers can be made through the MHS Genesis Patient Portal.
 
For Eisenhower Providers, please note it may take up to 3 business days from the date of your request for the pharmacy to receive your prescription. Please wait 3 days after requesting your prescription, then get a ticket from the Kiosk at Connelly clinic or follow the process for Eisenhower Provider E-Prescription at the main outpatient pharmacy depending on your pickup location.
 

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look-up your drug. A search can tell you:

• Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
• Where the prescription can be filled
• Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
• Coverage review requirements and forms
• Alternative medications, including costs

To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.
