If you are a TRICARE Prime beneficiary at Eisenhower Army Medical Center affected by
#HurricaneHelene, TRICARE issued a PCM Referral Waiver. This allows you to see other TRICARE-authorized providers without a referral from your PCM.

Eisenhower Helene Recovery Update

FORT EISENHOWER, GA: Eisenhower Army Medical Center is working hard to get back to full-operating capacity. We continue to assess conditions to safely restore services for our beneficiaries. We extend our sympathies as we navigate the storm recovery together.

The Following Patient Services are OPEN and available for treatment. More services will open in the coming days. If you have any concerns or questions, please call our information line at 706-787-5811.

Open Patient Services: 

Urgent & Emergency Care
Pharmacy:  MTF Pharmacy (Operational), PX Pharmacy (Non- Operational)

NOTE: Open includes new and existing appointments available. Some services are available to existing (previously cancelled or provider scheduled) beneficiaries before a patient service officially opens.

Additional Information:

- As power and water are being restored, our damage assessment efforts continue to ensure conditions are prepared to bring beneficiaries into our facilities.

- All outpatient clinic appointments, and scheduled surgeries at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC) through Wednesday, October 9 will be rescheduled. If you had an appointment scheduled during that time, a hospital staff member will contact you to reschedule your appointment once services are restored.

- DDEAMC's Outpatient Pharmacy is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for urgent and acute prescriptions only. We ask you to use the Q Anywhere remote text service to initiate your request. Text “Get In Line” to 877-443-0592 and follow the prompts to activate your prescription/s at the Main Outpatient Pharmacy.
-- If you have a prescription question, please call 706-787-8033 or 706-787-5811. Our pharmacy call center is available M-F, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
-- Refills requested at the Hospital ScriptCenter before September 26 should be available for pick-up. Any refills requested on September 26 or later will be delayed.
--Refill requests for the PX Pharmacy, and Darling Hall ScriptCenters that have not been picked up will also be delayed.
