If you are a TRICARE Prime beneficiary at Eisenhower Army Medical Center affected by
#HurricaneHelene, TRICARE issued a PCM Referral Waiver. This allows you to see other TRICARE-authorized providers without a referral from your PCM.

Virtual option to book appointments for acute medical care

Fort Eisenhower, GA - A  virtual call center has opened to Eisenhower patients while our hospital and many of the Urgent Care clinics in town continue to restore services.

If your Primary Care Manager (PCM) is at Eisenhower Army Medical Center and you are in the local area, can call 1-844-VMEDCEN (863-3236) from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST Monday-Friday to book a virtual appointment if you are experiencing an acute medical issue.

When making your appointment please let the call agent know this is for Eisenhower Army Medical Center Emergency Support. 

If you are outside of the Eisenhower area and need care near your location, please call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE to speak directly with a nurse and be directed to the most appropriate care in your area.
