Community Behavioral Health Services (CBHS)
The Community Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) provides high quality behavioral health care to all Soldiers who are currently assigned to Fort Eisenhower for Advanced Individual Training (AIT) and outreach services to AIT Soldiers and their training units. Services are also provided to the EAMC Nursing program, NCOA Cyber Center of Excellence and the Marine Training Detachment.
CBHS aids with crisis intervention, anger management, stress management, anxiety, PTSD and depression. Services include individual therapy. Medication evaluation and management is available through consultation with the Department of Behavioral Health, the Connelly Soldier Medical Clinic, or organic unit assets (i.e., BDE Surgeon or PA). Command Directed Evaluations (CDEs) and behavioral health evaluations for administrative separations are conducted by appointment.
In addition to our clinical mission, CBHS serves as the central location for in and out processing for Behavioral Health (BH) and Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care (SUDCC) for Service Members during permanent change of station (PCS) in and out of Fort Eisenhower.
In/Out Processing Hours: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Holidays).
