Residential Treatment Facility (RTF)
The RTF is intended to provide intensive inpatient residential treatment for Active Duty U.S. military personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force) with severe Alcohol and other Substance Use Disorders to strengthen the overall fitness and readiness of the military force. Other co-occurring disorders (PTSD, Depression, and mTBI) may also be addressed during the four-week inpatient treatment program. Treatment is provided in a military-focused program environment to facilitate therapeutic change and to prepare for return of the service member to the military force.

Accessing RTF Care
Patients must be referred to the RTF through ASAP or other service equivalent programs. Please send your referrals or any questions via an encrypted email to usarmy.eisenhower.medcom-eamc.list.rtf-referral@health.mil
